Finding the digital images on the Cricut site was entirely too dangerous to my pocketbook!  I started to review more of the digital images for sale with the Christmas options.  I always scrapbook my family's Christmas cards and my children's photos with Santa.  I found this great image, which is actually a card you can fold in half.  I welded it to a frame from the Artiste cartridge and cut it out in red.  I added a silk flower, a journaling sticker and some holly leaves cut with Winter Woodland and doodled a bit on the cut and my page was done in 20 minutes!  Gotta love it!

Frugal Fashion Friday: More Maxi for the Money

You may have seen my cards made with a cut file to maximize the use of a pattern piece of 12 x 12 card stock and thought they did not look like much.    I made this CCR file for the FCCB Challenge #213, replenish your card stash.  But I wanted to show you that they were just the base of the card and that adding the finishing touches really makes the card.  The zipper lace is CTMH, as well as the small thank you stamp.  The larger thank you and dots are SRM stickers.

It's Frugal Fashion Friday: Lace Poncho Savings!

It's time for another installment of my Frugal Fashion Friday!  This look features one of my favorite looks for Summer:  The Lace Poncho top!  So, the higher price lace poncho is by Free People and has a beautiful stair step hem detail!  The shoes are pure fantasy lacy detail!

Wish List Wednesday: The Jumpsuit

I have always loved jumpsuits and this year they are strong Summer trend.  On my wish list is this one from one of my favorite designers:  Vince Camuto.  I love that this will make me look taller and it looks so comfortable!  You can find it here with more jumpsuits!
I was watching this one, waiting for a sale.   I noticed they are out of my size today.  Sometimes, you cannot wait for a beautiful item to go on sale.  Here are my suggestions for when to purchase quickly and DON"T wait!
1)  If your size is average and most frequently purchased, don't wait for the sale!  You may lose out on an item you reallywant!
2)  If you have a deadline.  Maybe you want an item for an event such as a wedding.  Don't wait for the sale.  Most items will take a week to ship at Keaton Row, so plan ahead.
3)  If an item is on sale at Keaton Row, don't hestitate!  Sale items move fast!
